Evansville, IN, August 11, 2025 – CG DE SUB, LLC (“CG USA”) a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, India (“CG”) has entered into an agreement with Flanders Electric Motors Service, LLC (FLANDERS), a global leader in electrical rotating equipment and technology solutions, to leverage local capabilities and offer superior products and services with competitive pricing and faster turnaround times to the USA Railway Sector.
The USA market for railway traction motor replacements and refurbishments is substantial with an expansive rail network spanning ~140,000 miles (3 times larger than Indian Railways) and increasing demand for high-quality, reliable solutions dominated by Class I railroads.
As a leader in the railway solutions, CG recognizes a significant growth opportunity in the USA. To accelerate its expansion and capture this growing market, CG USA has entered into an agreement with FLANDERS. FLANDERS’ ability for rapid throughput times, quality assurance, and maximum reliability of repair services through their US footprint made FLANDERS an ideal association for localized and effective customer engagement and reliable service. This will ensure CG USA can offer cutting-edge solutions backed by over eight decades of global expertise.
