The Flexible Benefit Program has been established to enable employees to tailor their benefit package to meet the needs of their family at a minimal cost. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following your date of hire or eligibility status.

FLANDERS provides a Flexible Benefit Plan for its employees. This plan enables employees to apply Flex Dollars toward the purchase of insurance benefits from a list of qualified plans.

Participation in the Wellness Program and meeting outlined requirements, will enable the employee to earn money to be applied to benefit elections in the Flexible Benefit Plan.
